I need an account

Juno accounts are created by the school that licenses it — not by signing up in the app. Ask your admissions head or IT administrator to add you. They will give you your workspace address and a sign-in.

If your school does not use Juno yet and you'd like to, email us and we'll set up a demo.

Common questions

What do I enter on the sign-in screen?

First your workspace name — the short name your school gave you. If your school uses acme.junoapp.in, your workspace is acme. The line under the field shows the full address as you type, so you can check it. Then enter your work email and password. If you aren't sure of your workspace, ask your admissions head.

I forgot my password

Password resets are handled by your school's Juno administrator. Ask them to reset it from the Juno web dashboard.

Why does the app ask for my microphone?

Only to record an in-person meeting, when you open a lead and tap Record meeting. The microphone is used only on that screen, between Record and Stop — never in the background. The recording is attached to that lead and transcribed so your team has a written summary. Please let the people in the room know you are recording.

Why does the app ask for my call log? (Android)

So a call you make from your phone can be attached to the right student record automatically, instead of you retyping it. This is optional and off until you turn it on in Account → Call sync. You can turn it off there at any time, and Android's own permission screen will revoke it too. iPhone does not have this feature — Apple does not give apps access to the call log.

Why does the app ask for access to audio files? (Android)

Only if you switch on Attach call recordings. Some phones' built-in dialers record calls; this lets the app find those recordings and attach them to the matching call so a manager can review it. The app only looks at audio files that appear to be call recordings. If your phone's dialer does not record calls, you don't need this.

Why can't I see a lead a colleague can see?

Counsellors see the leads assigned to them; managers and admissions heads see the whole team. If you think a lead is assigned to the wrong person, ask your manager to reassign it.

Notifications aren't arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Juno in your phone's Settings, and that you are signed in. New-lead alerts are sent by your school's Juno workspace, so also confirm with your administrator that alerts are switched on for your account.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Your school owns the workspace and its records. Ask your Juno administrator to deactivate your account. If you need data deleted and your school cannot do it, email us at hey@obladicreatives.com and we will act on the school's instruction. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.
